APEC 2007 Rally

Sat Sep 8, 2007, 2:59 AM
Well that was a good experience for me - my first protest/rally whatever you prefer - but what ive realized today is that you need to calm down and think about what your doing more - camera settings and looking for the shot is easy to me but composition of the shot is so hard because you only have a short time to take the photo before your subject is gone...

So i was swearing a bit lol at larger people walking infront of my subject but in the end i got a few good photos :)

What do you guys think?

They seem to be very intense... i have met an AAP photographer a couple of times this week and now know him by name lol he was saying its a bad day to come out lol

did you notice all the photographers with press passes carrying the riot helms?
:iconabzilla:
yeah there were a fair few..

there was also a lot of undercover cops in the crowd, most were easy to spot with their earpieces...
